Our Partners
Kessaku
Kessaku is a Japanese platform reviving architectural heritage, founded by Tomohiro Fujii and Shori Fuji to safeguard buildings at risk of disappearing. It identifies machiya townhouses, kominka farmhouses, and samurai residences, restores them with respect for their original character, and opens them to a global community of co-owners who can hold a share of the property itself. We are beginning a partnership with the founders to place curated works inside these restored spaces, where a piece will need to hold its own against centuries of history rather than a blank contemporary wall.
Tomohiro Fujii, FounderStudio Tashkeel Architecture
Studio Tashkeel Architecture is a Manchester-based practice founded by Muthahar Khan, who trained at the Architectural Association after years working alongside firms like Zaha Hadid and Rafael Viñoly. The studio is known for bespoke residential work built on precise, considered use of scale and light. We are beginning a collaboration with Muthahar Khan from this early design stage, so that the art we bring in is treated as part of the spatial intention from the outset rather than added once the space is finished.
